chore: 更新插件配置并重置版本为1.0.0
- 在插件命令列表中添加 'bj' 作为新的触发词 - 将项目描述从 '项目小助手' 更新为 'markdown 笔记本' - 将版本号从 1.8.0 重置为 1.0.0 - 移除 CHANGELOG.md 文件
